Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive experience in IT asset management or IT operations, ideally within a regulated industry.Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs, and asset management tools such as ServiceNow.Experience in a large regulated financial services environment, preferably banking, or insurance.Proven experience building frameworks in a greenfield environment rather than only working in BAU.Detail-oriented and compliance-driven approach.Knowledge of hardware asset management, procurement, lifecycle management, and process governance. Responsibilities: Take ownership of the lifecycle process for physical IT assets.Lead the transformation of our hardware asset management function across EMEA.Build out IT asset management frameworks in a greenfield environment.Ensure full lifecycle governance, audit readiness, and cost optimisation.Align asset management practices with global standards and regulatory frameworks such as DORA.Help shape the future of asset management across our EMEA operations.Strengthen our technology governance and resilience through a Centre of Excellence for IT Asset Management.
