Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server platforms.Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, and modern cloud services.Experience with webserver management (IIS or similar).Familiarity with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support staff at all levels.Willingness to travel occasionally to our UK sites.A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of IT service management. Responsibilities: Provide 1st to 3rd line support for users across our UK sites.Manage and maintain Windows desktop and server environments.Support and administer web servers, Azure services, Intune, and develop Power Automate workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects.Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.Participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for key systems.Travel occasionally between our UK sites.
