We are looking for a proactive and technically capable professional to help improve our clients IT systems, business processes, and data capabilities. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on the management, improvement, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure across the business, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is comfortable moving between strategic analysis and day-to-day IT delivery. We work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and department leads to identify opportunities for improvement, define system requirements, and ensure that IT solutions meet the needs of the business. We also manage relationships with external IT providers and maintain a comprehensive IT asset and licensing register, playing a key part in shaping how our technology estate operates and grows. The role is based in Liverpool and is full-time, permanent.
