Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience in an IT Manager, IT Lead or Senior IT Support position.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments and network infrastructure.Excellent cyber security knowledge and experience.Experience supporting a multi-site business.A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Experience managing third-party IT providers.A genuine interest in developing and improving IT functions over the long term.Apple Mac experience and knowledge is desirable.Experience transitioning IT services from outsourced to internal delivery is desirable. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for IT support across the business.Manage and improve IT systems, infrastructure and technology processes.Drive cyber security initiatives and ensure best practice remains embedded across the organisation.Work alongside external IT providers whilst supporting the long-term plan to bring services in-house.Lead and deliver IT projects that improve efficiency, performance and user experience.Manage hardware, software, licences and IT assets.Assess and recommend new technologies to support business growth.Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation.Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business.Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
