Salary: £9,000 - 10,200 per year
Requirements: We require a CIPP qualification, an equivalent payroll qualification, or substantial Oracle Payroll implementation experience.We require strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration experience.We require experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and payroll integration points.We require proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations.We require a strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.We require experience working within large-scale ERP transformation programmes.We would value a CIPD qualification or experience supporting HR process design.We would value experience within complex, highly regulated, or public sector organisations.We would value knowledge of business change and organisational transformation. Responsibilities: We lead the Payroll workstream throughout the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.We act as the functional expert for Oracle Fusion Payroll, ensuring the solution meets business and statutory requirements.We work closely with Payroll, HR, Programme Management, and implementation partners to design and deliver fit-for-purpose payroll processes.We support the design and alignment of Payroll with Core HR, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Talent, and organisational structures.We translate complex business requirements into practical Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.We ensure successful business readiness, user adoption, and knowledge transfer.We support testing, configuration, process design, and implementation activities.We champion the Adopt not Adapt approach throughout the programme.
