Requirements: 5–6 years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.12+ years of overall IT experience.Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations capabilities and limitations.Experience with Direct Debit processes.Strong experience across Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.Full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience.Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.Experience writing Epics, Features and User Stories within Agile environments.Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure and Microsoft 365.Experience working independently as an individual contributor.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience within the Energy industry is desirable.Experience working with multiple vendors on large transformation programmes is desirable. Responsibilities: Liaise with business owners and development teams to refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.Advise business stakeholders on how to transform business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Translate business requirements into functional specifications.Oversee the implementation of the F&O project.Design, manage and implement multiple functional aspects of the solution.Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.Perform functional testing, end-to-end process testing and integration testing using Postman.Support Agile delivery through workshops, backlog refinement and sprint planning. We are recruiting for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation programme for a leading organisation in the UK. The role is based in Windsor, UK on a hybrid basis, with 1 day per week onsite initially. This is a 6-month contract with a day rate of £465 per day inside IR35.
