Requirements: We have proven experience as an Avaloq Developer within financial services or banking environments.We have strong hands-on experience with Avaloq parameterisation and customisation.We have expertise in developing Avaloq scripts, workflows, reports and core banking functionality.We have experience with Avaloq interfaces and system integrations.We have a strong understanding of software development best practices and testing methodologies.We can interpret business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.We have experience working within Agile and project delivery environments.We have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.We ideally have experience working on large-scale banking transformation programmes.We ideally have knowledge of private banking, wealth management or core banking operations.We ideally have exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven development within financial services.We ideally have experience supporting production releases and post-implementation activities. Responsibilities: We design, develop and implement solutions within the Avaloq Banking Suite.We deliver high-quality Avaloq parameterisation, customisations and scripting packages.We develop and enhance Avaloq modules including reports, workflows, context actions, order validations, keys, additions and other core banking functions.We analyse functional and technical requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.We develop interfaces and integrations with internal and external systems.We perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing activities.We ensure developments meet regulatory, security and quality standards.We collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.We support issue resolution, troubleshooting and ongoing application enhancements. We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer to join a high-profile banking programme, delivering enhancements and customisations within the Avaloq Banking Suite. This is a 24-week contract based in London on a hybrid pattern, typically 2 days per week onsite, with a 40-hour working week and a day rate of up to £685 inside IR35 via umbrella. We offer the opportunity to work on a major banking platform within a highly skilled delivery team, with immediate project impact through to the end of 2026.
