Requirements: Proven Scrum Master experience within a software, data engineering or technical delivery environment.Strong Azure DevOps knowledge, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines and sprint management.Experience working with Data Engineering, BI or Analytics teams.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and Agile delivery skills.Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms is desirable.Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines or BI technologies is desirable. Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint delivery using Azure DevOps.Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering and Analytics teams.Remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers and technical stakeholders to drive delivery.Help embed Agile practices across the programme. We are recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale data and analytics transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly technical team delivering modern cloud-based data solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. We offer a 6-month contract, remote working with some nationwide site visits, and a rate of £500/day outside IR35. This is a technically focused Scrum Master role on a high-profile transformation programme, working with modern technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.
