Requirements: 8+ years of project management experience within Financial Services or Banking.Proven delivery of business change and technical implementation projects.Strong experience in change management and business transformation.Experience managing technical delivery and system implementations.Demonstrated ownership of project budgets, financial tracking, and reporting.Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and regulatory environments.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience delivering across the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.Desirable: experience working on-site with UK-based client banks in London.Desirable: knowledge of UK/EU financial regulations and regulatory change delivery.Desirable: certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (Scrum/Kanban).Desirable: exposure to digital transformation, core banking, or data programmes. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex change projects across business and technology domains within a banking environment.Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to implementation and closure, aligned to governance frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall.Define and manage scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.Drive business change initiatives and support adoption of new processes, operating models, and systems.Work with stakeholders to define target state operating models and support transition from current state.Support organisational readiness through change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.Oversee delivery of technology-enabled change, working closely with IT, architecture, and delivery teams.Ensure successful implementation of banking platforms, digital systems, or regulatory technology solutions.Manage system integration points and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.Own and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Track project cash flow, invoicing, and financial reporting in line with governance standards.Develop and manage business cases, including benefits realisation and ROI tracking.Establish and lead project governance forums and provide high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders.Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.Ensure adherence to financial services regulatory and internal risk frameworks.Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, and client leadership teams.Act as the key interface between the client bank and delivery teams.Provide clear, concise updates and reporting at all governance levels.Identify and implement improvements to project delivery practices and governance frameworks.Promote best practices in project management and business change delivery.
