Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an IT Systems Trainer, Technology Trainer, Software Trainer or similar.We require strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.We require experience designing and delivering engaging training using a variety of learning methods.We require excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.We need the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.We require strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.We are looking for a proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.Experience within a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous.Knowledge of legal case management systems, Learning Management Systems or change management methodologies would be beneficial. Responsibilities: We design and deliver engaging training programmes across a range of business-critical IT systems.We develop user guides, video tutorials, e-learning content and other learning resources.We deliver onboarding and induction training for new employees.We support software upgrades, new system implementations and digital transformation projects.We deliver workshops, virtual training sessions and one-to-one coaching.We work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and improve user adoption.We monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and continually enhance learning content.We champion technology best practice and encourage colleagues to embrace new digital solutions.
