Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: We require 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.We need evidence of building Data Warehouses end to end.We are looking for someone ready to step into a senior role with greater ownership and accountability.We value experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, GCP, AWS, or similar.We look for experience in data warehouse and data platform architecture.We expect experience with dimensional data modelling.We look for experience with RBAC, governance, and data masking.We expect experience in monitoring, data quality, and operational support.We require advanced SQL and Python skills.Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks is desirable.We value clear and succinct communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities: We are building and operating a new Snowflake-based cloud data platform and data warehouse.We want someone who will help shape, build, operate, and improve the platform over time.We expect you to take a hands-on role across design, build, administration, and maintenance.We need you to make sound engineering decisions and take accountability for how the platform works in practice.We want you to support trusted reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.We need you to interpret stakeholder needs and feedback and ensure the data warehouse aligns with business objectives.
