Salary: £45,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience in an Application Manager, IT Manager, or senior IT support role.Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.Good understanding of networking and infrastructure.Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Responsibilities: Manage and support business applications, including ERP and warehouse systems.Administer and optimise our Microsoft 365 environment.Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows.Oversee network infrastructure alongside our managed service provider.Provide Windows and macOS desktop support.Manage third-party suppliers, software licensing, and technical escalations.Identify opportunities to improve systems and business processes.
