Salary: £40,000 - 47,000 per year
Requirements: Proven track record in systems administration across Windows and macOS environmentsHands-on skills across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune/device managementStrong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core Microsoft infrastructure servicesDemonstrable experience with Hyper-V/virtualisation, backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and resilience testingSolid networking knowledge, including LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and firewallsIdeally have PowerShell skills and a strong grasp of automationDesirable experience with Linux, Terraform or Ansible, Teams telephony, IIS, and disaster recovery simulations Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft infrastructure servicesAdminister and improve Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra IDManage modern endpoint environments across Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS using IntuneSupport and maintain Hyper-V virtualisation, storage, and backup platformsLead 2nd and 3rd line escalations, root cause analysis, and preventative improvementsDrive patching, system hardening, and vulnerability remediationContribute to internal IT upgrades, migrations, and wider improvement initiativesKeep technical documentation, runbooks, and asset records accurate and up to dateProvide mentoring, guidance, and knowledge-sharing with junior IT colleagues Technologies: Active DirectoryAnsibleHyper-VSupportLANLinuxmacOSMicrosoft 365PowerShellSharePointTerraformWindowsiOSOffice 365Security More:
