Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support roles with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience supporting Windows laptops, desktops, and core business systems.Ability to manage and prioritise service desk tickets effectively, taking ownership through to resolution.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users clearly and patiently.Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently, manage workload, and escalate issues appropriately.Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement, and service delivery. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT support across the business.Diagnose, prioritise, and resolve technical issues through effective ticket management and troubleshooting.Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and user account administration.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain IT equipment and produce documentation.Work closely with colleagues and third-party suppliers.Communicate clearly with non-technical users.Identify recurring issues and contribute to IT projects, system improvements, and overall service reliability.
