Salary: £40,200 - 40,200 per year
Requirements: We have experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environmentsWe have experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access controlsWe can support and maintain Windows Server environmentsWe have experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications and end-user productivity tools in a business environmentWe can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical infrastructure and systems issues effectivelyWe can travel regularly between our Leeds Federated hubs, Head Office, and other operational sitesWe have strong communication skills and can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleaguesWe can work independently using our own initiative, while collaborating effectively within a wider IT team Responsibilities: We monitor infrastructure systems to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security of IT servicesWe administer and support infrastructure systems including the Microsoft stack, Sophos, servers, and laptopsWe assist with maintaining infrastructure platforms in a secure, stable, and fully operational stateWe provide technical advice and recommendations for the procurement of end-user hardware and softwareWe create, review, and maintain technical documentation and user guidance materialsWe ensure company laptops and mobile devices comply with our security and compliance policiesWe deploy, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure systems and associated technologiesWe assist with infrastructure deployments and upgrades in line with agreed change control procedures, with minimal disruption to users and servicesWe maintain systems so they remain secure, supported, and operational following implementationWe act as an escalation point for first-line IT support staffWe provide professional and effective technical support Technologies: HardwareSupportMicrosoft 365MobileSecurityWindowsOffice 365CloudDevOpsLinuxNetwork More:
