Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: We need experience in IT asset management and asset lifecycle processes.We need hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and deployment.We need knowledge of Active Directory administration and user account management.We need an understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, mobile devices, and networking fundamentals.We need strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.We need the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.We need excellent communication and problem-solving skills.We need a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork. Responsibilities: We manage the life cycle of IT assets, including stock control, audits, reporting, and compliance.We provision, configure, and support corporate devices.We support starter, mover, and leaver processes.We assist with the management and allocation of software licences.We work closely with internal technology teams and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.We act as an escalation point to ensure timely resolution of support requests.We produce and maintain asset and service reports.We contribute to technology projects and service improvement initiatives.We support the adoption of IT governance, controls, and best practices.
