Requirements: NPPV3 clearance is essential for this role.Experience supporting Windows 11 device upgrades and decommissioning old hardware.Ability to work with Autopilot and upload hardware hashes as required.Experience moving users and devices into groups via Intune.Ability to support the build and configuration of devices.Experience with post-deployment support and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Active Directory housekeeping tasks.Ability to update asset details and owners in an asset management tool.Experience decommissioning end-of-life devices.Ability to log faulty in-warranty devices with Lenovo. We are working with a large IT company with a strong reputation for providing IT hardware and upgrades across the country. This is a three-month contract role based in Hull, Sheffield, and Rotherham, paying £200 per day inside IR35. The role supports a customer with a large Windows 11 device upgrade and hardware decommissioning programme.
