Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Developer with strong software development and systems integration experience.We would value commercial experience with technologies such as SQL, .NET, C#, Java, Python, PHP, XML, HTML, or similar.We want experience working with enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, Azure, and cloud-based technologies.We need experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and deployment.We are looking for strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.We value excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be highly advantageous.Familiarity with Housing, Repairs, or Property Management systems is desirable.Experience in NEC or similarly complex operational environments is highly desirable. Responsibilities: We will ask you to take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.We will rely on you to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications and integrations.You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and business-critical issues.You will produce and maintain technical documentation and system designs.You will mentor and support a small team of three developers.You will contribute to project delivery within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or DevOps environments.
