Requirements: Proven experience managing and developing successful teams.Strong experience working with data, reporting and performance information.The ability to challenge processes, identify opportunities and drive positive change.Experience implementing service improvements and delivering measurable outcomes.Experience managing operational performance, quality standards and delivery targets.Good Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.A proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach with a desire to continuously improve services.Energy industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential; we value strong leadership, data and service improvement experience. Responsibilities: We will lead and develop a team of Bureau Data Analysts to deliver excellent customer outcomes.We will manage team performance, workload planning and delivery against service standards and deadlines.We will support colleagues through coaching, mentoring and ongoing development conversations.We will ensure reporting outputs meet high standards of quality, consistency and accuracy.We will challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve services and customer outcomes.We will develop new service opportunities that add value for existing and future customers.We will manage escalations and support the resolution of complex operational challenges.We will provide performance reporting and insight to support decision making and future service development.
