Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: We want someone with a strong logic mindset who thinks in flowcharts and can turn messy processes into clear automation sequences.We expect real workflow experience with at least one low-code or automation platform such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, or something similar.We value resilience and calm troubleshooting when automations break, APIs change, or client requirements shift.We are looking for people who have built and fixed real automation workflows, whether as a hobbyist turned professional or as a low-code power user.We do not require knowledge of our exact stack on day one, but we do need the right problem-solving approach. Responsibilities: Design and build workflows using low-code tools.Carry out phase one AI logic building for custom client pods.Monitor live projects to make sure they continue to deliver measurable impact.Track API token usage and optimize flows for maximum efficiency.Support our line manager so they can focus on complex project delivery and client strategy.Take clearly scoped problems and turn them into working automations.Design workflow logic, build and pressure test solutions, and hand them back for client rollout. Our platform is live, our clients are paying, and demand is growing quickly, which is why this role exists. You will join our delivery team and report directly to our Head of Delivery. We offer a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, genuine EMI share options, and a working pattern split between our Stafford HQ for collaboration and remote days for deep focus. You will also have the chance to join a founding team and help shape how we scale our engineering department.
