We are hiring a permanent RevOps Systems Lead (Salesforce) based in Gerrards Cross, with 2–3 days per week in the office and the rest remote. This is a hands-on leadership role owning our Salesforce platform as the operational backbone of our commercial business, alongside connected tools including Clari, SalesLoft and Highspot. We are looking for someone who can combine practical platform ownership, team leadership and strong commercial understanding to improve how we sell, renew and support customers. We offer a salary of £70–80k plus bonus, and no sponsorship is available.
