Requirements: We are looking for strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, MFA, Intune, and Windows 11.We would like experience with device deployments using Microsoft Autopilot.We would like experience using Anti-Virus tools such as Trend Micro, along with UniFi Wi-Fi and network switches.We need a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.We are looking for someone who is accurate, highly process-driven, and comfortable with repetitive, structured work.Experience working within an MSP or multi-client IT environment is preferred.You must be a reliable, resilient individual focused on service excellence.Enhanced DBS and background checks are required. Responsibilities: We execute user IT change requests including Microsoft 365, MFA, and Intune setups.We manage user creation, decommissioning, permissions, and password resets.We adhere to structured client procedures and update tickets in real time.We communicate clearly with end users by phone, email, and the ticketing system.We document ticket statuses and completed work in real time within our PSA system.We work collaboratively with the Provisioning Coordinator to manage ticket allocations.We identify and report process gaps to help improve workflows and documentation.We maintain consistent performance managing 20 to 30 change tickets per day.We support physical device builds when required. We are Workplace IT, a Healthcare MSP providing co-managed IT services and digital safeguarding to large Health and Social Care groups across the UK. This role is based at the KLIC Innovation Centre just off the A47 in Kings Lynn (PE30), with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days from home. We offer a salary of £27,000 to £30,000 DOE, 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, a structured personal training plan, comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and optical care, dedicated laptop and home-working hardware, regular 1:1 progression reviews and performance feedback, and regular team socials.
