Salary: £42,550 - 42,550 per year
Requirements: Experience providing 1st to 3rd line support within a structured IT environment.Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.Experience administering Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Hyper-V environments.Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and core Microsoft infrastructure technologies.Experience supporting Windows 11, desktop hardware, and enterprise IT environments.Ability to manage infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and ongoing operational support.Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: Support and develop our internal IT environment across on-premises and cloud platforms.Work closely with the Head of IT Services on the day-to-day operation, development, and continual improvement of our IT infrastructure.Provide support to a globally dispersed user base across multiple business locations.Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Hyper-V environments.Handle infrastructure support, cloud administration, system improvement, user support, and strategic IT projects.Support the full IT lifecycle from planning and implementation through to ongoing administration and support.Manage infrastructure upgrades and ongoing operational support.
