Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements: We have hands-on cyber security experience, ideally in cyber security, IT support, or OT/engineering environments.We have a strong understanding of security across networks, endpoints, identity, and cloud.We have experience with patching tools and vulnerability management.We have knowledge of SOC operations and incident response.We have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: We monitor, triage, and respond to security incidents alongside SOC/MDR providers.We own patching processes across endpoints and servers.We coordinate vulnerability management and remediation activities.We support threat hunting and detection improvement initiatives.We contribute to audits, compliance, and security control implementation. We are a well-established organisation undergoing a major cyber transformation, offering the opportunity to work at the centre of defending critical IT and OT systems in our Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire location. This role comes with a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 plus training and development, a great pension, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, a health cash plan, EAP, and sick pay. We work closely with internal teams and external SOC/MDR providers to strengthen our security posture and improve security maturity across the business.
