Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: We need a strong coder/programmer with expert-level .NET and C# experience.We need experience with enterprise-level software development across the full lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support.We need knowledge of our core technology stack, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET, Blazor, SQL Server, PL/SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, ETL, integration platforms, Agile, JavaScript/jQuery, React, and software testing.We need good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.We need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.We need someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.We need a proactive, ambitious person who is keen to keep learning and stay ahead of technological trends.Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, software architecture, and design patterns are a bonus, but not essential.Power BI knowledge is a bonus, but not a prerequisite.We need someone located within commutable distance of Plymouth, Devon.We require the right to work in the UK long-term without company sponsorship. We are offering a middleweight software developer role on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent before the end of the initial term. The role is based in Plymouth and follows a hybrid working arrangement, with two days working from home each week. The working pattern is 4.5 days per week for full-time pay, with hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 12:30pm on Fridays.
