Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Experience delivering technology-focused training programmesPrevious experience delivering training focused on Dynamics 365 modulesStrong eLearning and digital content creation skillsExperience using tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar learning platformsAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiencesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting organisational change and technology adoption initiativesA creative approach to learning design and user engagementConfidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadershipFlexibility to support occasional travel to UK offices when required Responsibilities: Lead training workstreams across multiple change and transformation projectsDesign and deliver engaging learning solutions for end usersCreate eLearning modules, instructional videos and digital learning content using tools such as Adobe CaptivateProduce user guides, quick reference materials and knowledge resourcesDeliver virtual and face-to-face training sessionsSupport technology adoption initiatives through webinars, floorwalking and go-live supportDevelop micro-learning content and video-based training materialsWork closely with stakeholders across the business to understand learning needs and drive engagementSupport wider change management and user adoption activities Technologies: SupportOffice 365UX UI Design More:
