Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Applications Consultant in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environmentsStrong technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, APIs, and databasesPrevious experience in business analysis and requirements gatheringAdvanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysisExperience working with data formats and integrations, including EDI, XML, JSON, and middlewareSolid knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six SigmaExperience producing detailed documentation such as BRDs, SRS, user stories, and API specificationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or LucidchartExperience with ERP/MIS systems in manufacturing or production environments is advantageousExposure to warehouse management, automated fulfilment, or production planning systems is advantageousBackground in print, publishing, or similar industries is advantageous Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, logistics, sales, and IT to gather and define business requirementsAnalyse and optimise end-to-end workflows, identifying opportunities for improvementTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical specificationsProduce user stories, use cases, process maps, and technical documentationWork closely with internal development teams and third-party vendors to integrate key systems including ERP/MIS, EDI, order management, inventory, and schedulingSupport system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deliveryDrive alignment between technical solutions and our broader digital strategyFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport project delivery, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met Technologies: APICloudConfluenceERPSupportJIRAJSONSQLXML More:
