We are recruiting for an experienced IT Endpoint Field Service Engineer to support our growing laboratory network across Hertfordshire and West Essex. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on hardware support, troubleshooting, and site-based IT service delivery. Our primary base is Watford, with initial training in Kings Cross and frequent travel across Hertfordshire and Essex, including Harlow, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, and Watford. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work for urgent issues. We also provide 24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days after 5 years service, and mileage reimbursement for travel outside the base location. This is a varied, autonomous opportunity with real responsibility and involvement in exciting infrastructure projects.
