Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: We are open to candidates with similar experience from either MSP or in-house environments.We need strong exposure to Microsoft technologies and ITSM frameworks.We would ideally like 2–3 years of relevant experience within a 300–500 employee environment, or experience supporting similar-sized clients within an MSP.ITIL or a similar qualification would be beneficial, although formal qualifications are not essential.You must be willing to take part in an evening on-call rota, typically one week in four.You should demonstrate drive, ambition, and the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels of the business. Responsibilities: Provide first-class end user support to colleagues across our global locations.Assist with testing of network connectivity.Configure and deploy end user devices.Maintain assets including laptops and phones.Manage assets to ensure devices are ready and up to date when needed.Support meetings, webinars, and meeting room technology.Deliver induction and training for new joiners.Train end users on our applications and the use of their devices.Develop user training initiatives.Develop and document new procedures.Drive support standards.Participate in IT drop-in days to support staff.Participate in the out-of-hours support rota to provide cover for critical incidents and urgent user requests, typically one week in four between 6pm and 10.30pm Monday to Friday.
