Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: Strong foundational understanding of networking principles.Proven expertise in enterprise wireless networks and wireless design/implementation.Experience with dynamic routing protocols, including OSPF and BGP, and IPv6.Previous experience providing dedicated end-user technical support.Familiarity with helpdesk or CRM software platforms.Outstanding communication skills and a highly personable approach.Desirable: Wireless design and diagnostics using Ekahau, Hamina, or Sidos.Desirable: Working knowledge of Proxmox virtualisation.Desirable: Experience in Wireless ISP (WISP) design.Desirable: MikroTik certification at Engineer level.Desirable: Working knowledge of key vendors, including Ubiquiti, MikroTik, and TP-Link. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support to our clients.Respond promptly and professionally to technical inquiries in line with agreed SLAs.Conduct wireless network design, surveying, and consultancy, with travel to UK-based customer sites as required.Accurately document completed work for internal records and client handovers.Assist our technical team with maintaining and optimising internal systems.Create engaging technical content for social media and represent us at industry conferences.Engage in active vendor and client networking.Deliver end-to-end network design.Carry out wireless design, site surveying, and advanced diagnostics.Pre-configure network equipment before client dispatch.Provide remote break-fix support and troubleshoot customer network configurations.
