Salary: £43,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams.Strong hands-on software development experience, including essential C++ development experience.Strong experience using Jira.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic engineering environment.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead and line manage a small team of Software Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management.Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, and delivery.Remain hands-on with software engineering, supporting architecture, code reviews, and system integration activities.Contribute to system-level design decisions across software, hardware, and networking.Manage project schedules, resources, and team budgets to ensure successful delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop complex, high-performance systems.
