Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year
Requirements: We require a bachelors degree, preferably in IT or a technical-related field.We require Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification at Levels 1 and 2; Level 3 and above is a plus.We require 2-3 years of experience successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as a model builder.We require experience with Anaplan integrators such as Anaplan Connect, APIs, and Informatica Hyperconnect.We prefer experience in regional or global application operations and support management, with an understanding of data integration.We require expert Excel spreadsheet modelling skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.We require experience supporting end users through helpdesk operations, incident management, and problem-solving.We require Lean / Agile product development experience.We require proficiency in English and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.We prefer ETL tool experience.We prefer experience with topline revenue forecast modeling.We require strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.We require the ability to communicate product architectures and design proposals effectively with stakeholders.We require the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment within defined practices and policies.We require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.We require excellent verbal and written communication skills.We require an inclusive mindset and the ability to help create a welcoming, safe environment for everyone.We require the ability to lead processes effectively and deliver outputs on time.We require the ability to manipulate and sort large volumes of data in Excel.We require the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.We require the ability to interpret accounting, finance, and FP&A concepts and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.We require an automation-focused mindset with a desire to streamline manual processes and improve scalability. Responsibilities: We contribute to our Anaplan Center of Excellence by defining best practices, supporting proof-of-concepts, and bringing new ideas.We independently make complex manual updates and Anaplan model updates based on incoming requests.We elicit requirements for small to medium-sized requests and work with users to understand underlying needs and possible solutions.We transform requests into actionable work and collaborate with technical teams to deliver them while maintaining communication with key stakeholders.We test routine updates and enhancements to ensure functionality continues to work and remains user-friendly.We support training, documentation, tracking, prioritization, and delivery for Anaplan implementation.We help develop proof-of-concept models that demonstrate real-time scenarios and build confidence in the Anaplan platform.We develop, enhance, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of Anaplan-based models and dashboards.We build a deep understanding of business processes and develop solutions that improve functionality, user experience, and data quality.We troubleshoot issues and escalate them when necessary.We stay current on the latest Anaplan and related system functionality, as well as industry best practices in data modelling, planning, and process definition.We develop comprehensive expertise in our existing Anaplan ecosystem, including model intricacies.We collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the organization to build strong partnerships.We develop deep technical knowledge of Anaplan data sources, including our operational data, financial data, and connected systems.We work closely with other Anaplan CoE team members to follow our best build practices, model management standards, and project roadmaps.We perform ad hoc deep dives into pressing and emerging business issues using our Anaplan model builder expertise.We expand model ownership and expertise into new use cases over time.
