Salary: £60,000 - 120,000 per year
Requirements: We require experience in sales and trading within banking, as this is essential for the role.We require experience in designing organisation-wide, multi-entity target state business architecture, including capability maps, operating models, value streams and business services models.We require experience in business architecture design that is informed by and aligned with macro business strategy. Responsibilities: We will design the EMEA target state business architecture across all departments, functions, legal entities and branches.We will collaborate with other departments and functions across EMEA and other regions to orchestrate and coordinate the work.We will help departments and functions clarify their business strategy where needed to support the target state design.We will develop the roadmap to deliver the target state business architecture.We will sequence the work to achieve the target state while balancing business outcomes, cost, delivery time and project risk.
