Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We require a relevant degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.We require experience in Product Specialist, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or Product roles.We require experience with technical products in any sector involving complex or connected solutions.We require experience supporting commercial teams and tender responses.We require training and demonstration skills, including involvement in testing, certifications, or validation activities.We require the ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements.We require experience with technical documentation, product launches, and competitive analysis.We require strong communication skills that are confident, clear, and customer-oriented.We require fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. Responsibilities: We provide expert product guidance to commercial teams, particularly during tender processes.We work with development teams to define, refine, and prioritise product requirements.We support development activities and help ensure alignment across internal stakeholders.We deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations.We gather customer and market insights for the UK region and translate them into product input.We prepare and validate content for marketing materials, launch collateral, and technical documentation.We support the tailoring of solutions to meet customer requirements.We lead local certification activities and coordinate interoperability or field tests.We support product launches, including training campaigns and readiness activities.We contribute to internal and external meetings on product capabilities.We track competitor activity and compare core product offerings.
