Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: We require a current driving licence valid in the UK.We require the ability to undertake extensive travel within North Wales.We require a high degree of autonomy while working to pre-defined schedules. Responsibilities: We install and carry out corrective maintenance on all our leisure products at customer sites in line with agreed service level agreements.We build strong relationships with key personnel at customer sites, including owners, general managers, sales managers, administrators, and security teams.We escalate customer service issues to line management when needed.We proactively manage weekly schedules to ensure customers receive the best possible service.We identify, survey, install, and maintain infrastructure at new and existing customer sites.We provide national emergency breakdown cover.
