Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: We are primarily looking for developers with experience working on the IBM i platform and confidence developing in RPG.Experience with IBM i / AS400 / iSeries is beneficial.Experience with RPG, RPGLE or ILE RPG is beneficial.Experience with DB2 SQL is beneficial.Experience in application support and enhancement is beneficial.Experience with systems integration is beneficial.Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is beneficial.We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and is keen to contribute ideas and improvements. Responsibilities: We develop, enhance and support IBM i applications.We work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.We design, code, test and implement software changes.We support business-critical systems and resolve production issues when required.We contribute to platform improvements and modernisation initiatives.We identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.We work within a collaborative Kanban-based delivery environment.
