Requirements: We need prior IT training experience, ideally within the legal sector.We need strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.We need an excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and tools used in law firms.We need knowledge of complex systems and multiple software applications.We need strong technical communication skills and a passion for learning and development.Training certifications are desirable.We welcome diverse applicants and can provide reasonable adjustments as needed. Responsibilities: We deliver our IT training strategy and materials across multiple formats.We deliver onboarding and refresher training for our users.We create engaging learning materials to support training delivery.We assess training effectiveness and gather feedback.We support users post-implementation during system changes.We administer and track training activities.We work closely with our Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training.
