Requirements: We are looking for a Senior Developer with at least 5 years of experience in software development, specifically focusing on C#/.NET. A solid understanding of SQL and Entity Framework is essential. You should have a proven track record of delivering automation solutions and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, proactive startup or scale-up environment. If you have any exposure to AI/ML, even at a basic level, that would be a bonus. We highly value strong communicators and team players who will fit well with our culture. Responsibilities: In this role, you will drive automation initiatives within our platform and develop, maintain, and optimize our backend systems using C#/.NET and SQL. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled development team of 7 members and contribute to scaling and improving our core systems as we onboard new clients. We offer a salary range of £85,000 - £90,000 along with an equity/share scheme and a pension plan. This position is fully remote for UK-based candidates, with just one office visit required per quarter. You’ll also have the opportunity for regular team meetups every two months.
