Tommy’s Express Car Wash of Anchorage is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead our Abbott Road location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a growth-focused, veteran-owned franchise organization operating across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Alaska — with further expansion plans underway in Anchorage.

• Lead Great Teams to Great Results – This role will lead a team of 15 to 20 hourly team members.
• Grow the Business – Metric focused role based on site’s performance in: membership and revenue growth, expense management, guest churn, and equipment/operations uptime

• A proven team builder with 2+ years leading 15+ employees
• A revenue-minded operator with retail, service, or sales experience
• Comfortable managing expenses and driving measurable results
• Mechanically inclined and not afraid to get hands-on when needed
• A culture builder who holds people accountable
