HALF NOTE Bar & Restaurant is a Niseko institution and one of the most popular venues for locals and seasonairs to enjoy excellent food, live music and plenty of special event nights. Located in central Hirafu Village, Half Note is a vibrant and busy venue operating from 3pm - Midnight 7 days a week during the winter season.
Whiteroom is looking for competent and experienced Bar Staff with outstanding personalities, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, team work, customer service, industry knowledge, delivery of promotional events while ensuring fun and a quality experience for all.

• Mid-Late November 2026 to Mid-Late March 2027
Position Requirements:
• Customer service focus and a track record of delivering on customer expectations
• Solid experience working in bars with excellent skills combined with food service knowledge
• A background in sales and strong communication skills
• Fast and efficient when it counts
• Possess a good work ethic, dependable and punctual
• Great attitude, positive mindset, and able to adapt to any situation
• Team player that will be happy to work within a close team
• The ability to get a Japanese working holiday visa or experience/qualifications to gain a skilled migrant visa
• Valid driver's licence from your home country plus a valid international drivers license
