The Project Management Lead will lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the execution of BIM-enabled projects by managing resources, schedules, and budgets. Major Objectives – 90 Days
• Assess current resource allocation, capacity planning processes for BIM projects
• Establish project governance framework and reporting structure

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience:
• 8+ years in project management, with experience in capacity planning and resource management
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital construction processes
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
• Understanding of BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks)
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred
