Job Title: Louisiana Program Administrator

Job Status: Full-time, exempt, DCFS contract-funded with intent to apply for continued funding

Job Location: Unbound Now Local Office, on-site

Job Summary: The primary function of the Louisiana Program Administrator is to provide support for advocacy services by overseeing monthly invoice submissions, monitoring budget spend-down, supporting contract compliance, and managing data collection and reporting requirements for both monthly and annual submissions to DCFS. Administrative coordination includes general administrative support for the office as well as finance, volunteer coordination, grant support, and executive support.

Schedule/Availability: Generally, Monday through Friday 8:30–5:30. Weekends, evenings, and/or holidays as needed. Anticipated 40–45-hour work week.

Working Conditions: Most work performed in an office environment. Work duties may, on rare occasions, be performed in an environment requiring exposure to weather extremes, fumes, odors, and noise.

Travel: This position requires some travel within the immediate area and occasional travel in or out of state for meetings or training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly check-in meetings with the DCFS Contract Monitor.

• Submit monthly reports, invoices, and required documentation to DCFS by established deadlines.

• Attend quarterly performance review meetings with the DCFS Contract Monitor and Louisiana Regional Director.

• Assist with annual reports required by the Louisiana Governor's Office of Human Trafficking Prevention.

• Submit monthly invoices and supporting documentation to DCFS by the 25th of the month following service rendered.

• Serve as Louisiana's Sage Manager in coordination with the Louisiana Regional Director, reviewing Louisiana's expenses monthly and helping to monitor and submit contract reimbursements.

• Review and monitor the DCFS contract budget, tracking spend-down and flagging variances to support budget compliance and fiscal accountability.

• Track grants received, including award amounts, reporting deadlines, allowable expenses, and deliverable compliance; maintain an up-to-date grants calendar in coordination with the Louisiana Advocacy Program Director.

• Track grants, reporting deadlines, deliverables, and assist with grant applications.

• Coordinate community outreach and tabling events.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and support volunteers.

• Provide administrative support to the Louisiana Regional Director.

• Manage Louisiana office expenses, vendor invoices, and office operations.

• Submit all necessary DCFS background checks for the Louisiana team

• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferred

• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-speed, professional setting

• Experience tracking expenses within a budget

• Minimum 2 years in a high-level administrative role.

Job Requirements:

• Mature Christian faith, as evidenced by participation in a local Christian church

• Strong commitment to the mission and values of Unbound Now and abiding by Unbound Now policies at all times.

• Provide three references (supervisor, professional, personal)

• Agree to take and pass a criminal background check and pass employment authorization verification.

• Exceptional attention to detail and multidisciplinary project skills, with the ability to provide elite written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.

• Action-oriented, self-starter, innovative problem solver, and committed to excellence with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.

• Proven ability to maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.

• Willingness to use personal vehicle for work travel; valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current car insurance

• Submit expense documentation properly, travel reimbursement, time tracking (if applicable), and all training requirements within the required time frames per the company policies.

• Able to build trust and strong partnerships with others

• Ability to stay hope-filled in the fight against human trafficking.

Physical and Driving Requirements:

• Demands include sitting for long periods at a computer and repetitive hand motions from frequent keyboarding.

• Demands frequently require close visual attention and prolonged mental concentration.

• Demands frequent video calls.

• Ability to drive personal vehicles and maintain proper insurance coverage.

• Demands sometimes require the ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds.
