Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Project Manager, CRO & CDO at our Shawnee, KS location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project plans, define project scope and oversee all phases from initiation to closure
• Work with Americas CRO senior leaders to create and manage budgets and timelines to ensure project completion
• Establish clear project structures including milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
• Monitor progress and proactively mitigate risks related to scope, cost, timing, and quality
• Drive decision-making through structured facilitation and escalation when needed
• Ensure facility operates safely and within compliance while special projects are completed
• Performs all Company business in accordance with all relevant regulations (e.g. FDA, CVM, OHSA, EPA) and Company policy and procedures. Ensure compliance with all Regulatory agencies
• Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts to maintain Argenta, MVS’ excellent reputation in the community
• Recommend and implement process improvement activities to improve quality and efficiency
• Train and coach personnel within the project scope
About You:
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in an animal health research facility
• Understanding of cGMP’s as interpreted by the USFDA CVM
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to set priorities and schedules so studies runs efficiently
• Influence, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
• Strong understanding of workflow processes
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
