We're looking for a motivated and professional Occupational Health Technician to join our expanding Services team. This is a field-based role where you'll travel to client sites across the UK, delivering high-quality occupational health and workplace testing services to customers in a range of industries including manufacturing, engineering and construction.

What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside our sales and services team, you'll deliver a range of occupational health surveillance services and workplace drug and alcohol testing, ensuring every client receives a professional and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering occupational health surveillance services including:
• Audiometry
• Spirometry
• Vision Screening
• HAVS Tier 1 & 2
• Skin Assessments
• DSE Assessments
• Office Worker Medicals
• Isocyanate Testing
• Musculoskeletal Questionnaires
• Blood Pressure Monitoring
• Epworth Sleepiness Scale
• Carrying out workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing when required, including:
• Breath Alcohol Testing
• Oral Fluid Drug Screening
• Urine Drug Screening
• Other testing matrices as required following full training.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records, including:
• Occupational Health data
• Test results
• Training logs
• Client documentation
• Working closely with the Sales & Services Team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, industry standards and relevant legislation.
About the Role
This is a mobile position covering client sites throughout the UK.
• A company vehicle is provided for business travel.
• Travel is an essential part of the role and overnight stays may occasionally be required (accommodation and allowances provided).
• On-site appointments typically last between 2 and 7 hours, depending on the client's requirements.
• Working hours vary according to workload and travel requirements.
• You'll work between 6:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, up to a maximum of 39.5 contracted hours per week.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
• Level 3 Certificate for Occupational Health Technicians.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping.
• Confident using IT systems and electronic records.
• Ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively to a wider team.
• Professional, flexible and customer-focused approach.
Desirable:
• Experience carrying out workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing.
• Experience working within safety-critical industries.
