Key responsibilities:
• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, policies, and other legal documents
• Protecting and registering intellectual property rights
• Ensuring legal compliance across various areas, including data protection, marketing, payments, and consumer rights
• Providing legal support, research, and consultation on day-to-day operations
• Analyzing and mitigating potential legal risks
• Working with financial institutions, including account opening, KYC, and compliance procedures
• Liaising with law firms and service providers across different jurisdictions
• Assisting with potential legal disputes
Required experience:
• Master's degree / LLM from a reputable university
• 5+ years of experience in international or top-tier law firms, or in legal roles at IT companies
• Fluent English
• Experience working across international jurisdictions
• Strong background in contract law and intellectual property rights
• Knowledge of corporate and tax structuring is a plus
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset, with willingness to work on a broad range of legal matters and think creatively to solve complex issues
• Ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail
• Cross-cultural experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and a high aptitude for learning new things
