Key Responsibilities
• Underwrite and manage new business and renewal accounts
• Analyze commercial risks and determine pricing, terms, and conditions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
• Support business development and portfolio growth
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex accounts and underwriting referrals
• Represent Revau at broker meetings and industry events
• Stay current on market trends and underwriting best practices
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Commercial P&C underwriting experience
• Experience underwriting complex commercial risks
• MGA experience and Guidewire knowledge are assets
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to build broker relationships
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
