About the Role
Join our Āhei team and work directly with whānau to secure training and employment pathways. You’ll connect clients with employers, training providers, and MSD services, supporting workforce development and long-term economic recovery.
Key Responsibilities
• Place whānau into employment and training opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and agencies.
• Support uptake of MSD products and services.
• Implement systems that strengthen community resilience and economic growth.
About You
• Experience in employment placement or recruitment practices.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
