Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary: The Account Executive manages a portfolio of client accounts and drives new business growth across Frontline's CCaaS, BPO, and CX solution offerings. This role owns the full sales lifecycle — prospecting, lead generation, client relationship management, proposal delivery, and account growth — while collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and technology partners to deliver seamless client outcomes.

Client Management:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and stay informed about industry trends.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Execute comprehensive lead-generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and cultivate new business prospects.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Partner with technology resellers to enhance solution offerings and contribute to shared business goals.
• Maintain communication and alignment with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and business reviews to existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all sales activities in CRM software.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to leadership.
Administrative and Operational Excellence:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations while maintaining professional standards in all interactions.
• Regularly update and refine sales strategies to align with company goals and market dynamics.
• Mentor junior sales staff as needed to foster team development.
Problem Solving Expectations:
• Apply excellent problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities for pricing discussions and contract agreements.
• Take a proactive approach to professional development, staying current on industry advancements and sales methodologies.
Environment and Tools:
• Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace equipped with reliable communication tools, including a cell phone.
• Ensure high-speed internet access of at least 20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, and 50ms latency.
$70,000-$90,000 plus commission
