Food & Beverage Manager
Role Overview
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel’s outlets. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain excellent service standards, control operational costs, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with the hotel’s all-inclusive concept.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel’s outlets.
• Develop and implement service standards aligned with the hotel’s all-inclusive concept.
• Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and supervise the Food & Beverage management and service teams.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service quality.
• Control operational costs through effective purchasing, stock management, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, licensing, and company standards.
• Oversee menu planning, promotions, and all-inclusive offerings in coordination with the culinary team.
• Handle escalated guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with senior management and other departments to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior management role within a hotel or resort.
• Experience within an all-inclusive hotel environment would be considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, stock control, and cost management.
• Strong guest-focused and hands-on approach.
• Ability to lead and motivate large operational teams.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
