🚀 What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You'll support leaders across our organisation to:
✅ Provide trusted HR and employment relations advice ✅ Support recruitment, onboarding and talent attraction ✅ Coach managers through employee relations matters and performance conversations ✅ Help create positive, engaged and high-performing teams ✅ Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Champion people practices that reflect our values and commitment to Te Ao Māori
🎯 What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has 2–5+ years HR advisory or generalist experience ✔ Understands NZ employment relations and HR best practice ✔ Is a confident communicator and relationship builder ✔ Can navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy ✔ Loves finding practical solutions to people challenges ✔ Is committed to learning, growth and making a positive impact
